BACK PAIN

Do you experience low back pain? You are not alone. Most people will have at least one backache during their lifetime. Low back pain is the 2nd most common reason people go to the doctor. (Number 1 is colds and the flu). Although you may have pain in your back, most often it will be located in the lower part. This is because the low back supports most of our body weight.

You may also have stiffness, decreased movement with your back and difficulty standing up or standing straight.

Acute back pain lasts for a couple of days and should not last longer than a couple of weeks.
