Ingham Health Plan provides dental coverage to eligible members in partnership with Delta Dental of Michigan EPO plan. Members must go a Delta Dental EPO dentist for covered care. Find a list of EPO dentists in your area by calling 800-870-9988. Or use the online Delta Dentist Directory.
